The new Apple hardware can still play like a gaming PC with NVIDIA GeForce NOW

Apple is close to a big launch of new products, starting with the anticipated arrival of the iPhone 14 lineup in September and followed by many more devices to come throughout the remainder of the year. While the hardware and software on Apple’s newest devices are consistently impeccable, they can leave you wondering how you’re supposed to keep up with the latest games, which tend to hit PCs and consoles well before landing on Apple’s ecosystem - if they ever make the leap. NVIDIA has the simple solution with GeForce NOW.

Whether you’re playing on a desktop Mac, MacBook, iPad, or iPhone, you can enjoy a robust PC gaming experience through NVIDIA GeForce NOW. You don’t need to do any tricky sideloading of apps. You won’t have to figure out how to install Windows on your MacBook. And you certainly won’t have to try fighting driver incompatibilities to trick your system into supporting graphics cards it was never meant to support.

With Geforce NOW, all you have to do is sign up for the service, link your game libraries to your account, and dive into your favorite games. You can run GeForce NOW on iOS for the iPhone or iPad simply by opening it up in your browser, and can add it to your home screen as a shortcut. On Mac, you can download a dedicated app for the service.

With GeForce NOW on your Apple devices, you’ll get access to a huge selection of PC games as though you were gaming on an actual PC. Better still, you can take advantage of the capabilities of your device all the while. With the NVIDIA GeForce NOW RTX 3080 membership, you’ll be able to play games at up to 1440p/120FPS and take advantage of the elegant displays found on the likes of Apple’s MacBook Pro laptops, iPad Pro and iPad Air tablets, and all of the recent iPhones.

While you’re getting all that PC gaming goodness, you can continue enjoying the perks of the Apple ecosystem, like the long-term software support, those blue chat bubbles, and the handy 5G connectivity recent iPhones offer (which can also keep you gaming on the go even when you don’t have Wi-Fi).

Once you’re ready to rumble on GeForce NOW, you can dive right into hit titles like the recently announced Rumbleverse, Fortnite, and a wide selection of other free-to-play games or explore major AAA titles like Saints Row 5. You can see the power a cloud-based gaming PC brings by putting it through its paces in Crysis Remastered. Or maybe you want to see what RTX real-time ray tracing is all about with the dazzling Dying Light 2: Stay Human.  To top it off, if you already own a game on Steam, Epic Games, or a number of other supported libraries, you don’t have to purchase it again to play through GeForce NOW.

With GeForce NOW, you get easy access to a huge game library that you can play across multiple devices just about anywhere you might go. And the service is continuing to offer more. New games are regularly added, and the service has been known to get more powerful, as seen with the introduction of the RTX 3080 membership. You can get started on your GeForce NOW journey here. To find out more about all the new games coming to the platform, you can tune into the GeForce NOW Thursdays blog or follow along on Twitter and Facebook.
